These terms cover your use of signalfoundry.ai and the games we publish on it. By playing our games or using the site, you agree to them.

The games

Our games are free to play in your browser. We may add optional purchases in some titles; anything that costs money will always be clearly labelled before you pay. Games, features, and saves may change as we update them — we ship often.

Your account

Accounts exist to save your progress. Keep your login to yourself, use the games fairly (no cheating, exploits, or abuse of other players), and we'll get along fine. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Our IP

Every game we publish is original Signal Foundry intellectual property. The games, art, music, code, and branding belong to Signal Foundry Labs, Inc. and may not be copied or redistributed without permission — except that you're always welcome to stream, record, and share gameplay.

Liability

The games and site are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by Ontario law, Signal Foundry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
